Club Boomerang is a loyalty and rewards program that has brought together reputable travel industry wholesalers, enabling travel consultants the opportunity to earn reward points on all bookings made with a participating program partner. Points can then be redeemed for the latest merchandise, gift vouchers and even holidays!
Joining Club Boomerang is easy - simply fill out the registration form on this website, a $7.50 (Inc GST) membership fee will apply, which is then converted into 700 bonus points.
Yes, within minutes of your subscription, an email confirmation containing your membership ID and unique password will be sent to you. You will also receive a Welcome Pack providing you with your Club Boomerang membership card.
At the time of booking with any of the program partners featured, be sure to mention your Club Boomerang member ID to the reservations consultant- This will enable us to track your holiday and award points. All points are awarded the month after your client’s departure and deposited into your points bank on the 15th working day of each month.
Your Club Boomerang reward points are awarded on all departed bookings. If a client amends their booking and adjusts the booking value, points will be awarded on the final booking amount. If your client cancels their booking prior to departure, no points will be awarded.
No, as a member of Club Boomerang your membership will still be valid, but be sure to update your member profile in the "MEMBERS" area, so we can continue to communicate with you.
No, your reward points have been awarded to let you benefit from the sales you make with the Club Boomerang participating travel wholesalers, they are not transferable.
Club Boomerang reward points are only awarded on departed booking. No points will be awarded on cancelled bookings.

Membership to Club Boomerang is open for anyone 18+, and who is employed as travel consultant.
No, each Member of Club Boomerang will receive an individual Member ID.
Membership to Club Boomerang is valid for as long as the Member wishes. There is no renewal fee; membership to Club Boomerang is automatically renewed on an annual basis. If you wish to no longer be a member of Club Boomerang, your membership can be terminated at any stage.
You may rejoin Club Boomerang, however reward points previously forfeited will not be reinstated.
No – previously cancelled Reward Points will not be reinstated.
In the rare event that you feel you are not receiving the benefits from your
Club Boomerang Membership, you may discontinue your membership at any time
throughout the year.
Membership renewal is an automatic process, and will occur
1 year after your initial subscription. Termination must be requested 30 days
prior to the anniversary of subscription.
Club Boomerang will automatically record reward points that you earn. To get an update on all Reward Points you’ve earned, simply visit your "Points Bank".
Club Boomerang Points Bank details the reward points accrued year to date. Information will include; Departure date, the program partner with whom the booking was made, a brief outline of the product booked, the total Gross booking value and the total points awarded. Unfortunately due to privacy laws, we cannot mention the passenger name.
If Club Boomerang points do not appear within your Points Bank on the 15th
working day of the month after departure, they can be located.
Prior to requesting a search, please read through the following steps. If you
can confirm all steps were actioned while making the booking with a Club
Boomerang program partner, then please proceed with your search enquiry:
- 1. Ensure that the sale was from a participating program partner
- 2. Did you quote your Club Boomerang membership number to the reservations consultant at the time of making the booking?
- 3. Please ensure that you are comparing the queried points earning activity with the right statement period.
- 4. The program partner was contacted on the correct reservations phone number, to ensure that they have entered your details correctly in the booking.
Club Boomerang reward points do not expire. They will only expire if you terminate your Membership or are a non active member for 6 months.
Reward Points are awarded the month after your client’s departure and are
deposited into your Points Bank on the 15th working day of each month.
Example:
If your clients depart on the 12th January, the reward points will be deposited
on the 15th working day of February.
Simply select the "lost password" prompt, located under the Club Boomerang
member Login.
An email will then be received containing your unique password.
You can start earning Club Boomerang Reward Points from the moment you become a member and receive your member ID. Remember to quote this number at time of booking!
Throughout the year, participating program partners will feature DOUBLE –
TRIPLE – or even BLOCK points for selling specific products at certain times.

There is no limit to the number of points you can earn.
Absolutely not, there is no extra charge on your purchases.
Club Boomerang reward points can be spent through the online Redemption
Catalogue. As soon as you have accumulated a substantial number of points to
make redemption, simply follow the instructions on screen to get the rewards
you have earned.
All merchandise and Gift Voucher redemption will take
approximately 21 working days to be delivered.
The Club Boomerang Redemption Catalogue offers the latest in Home and Personal Entertainment, Kitchen Appliances, Shopping Vouchers, Leisure and Personal rewards. There will be a variety of awards available to suit everyone. Please refer to the Redemption Catalogue for a further listing of rewards available.
Unique to Club Boomerang, members have the ability to convert their reward
points into Holiday Dollars. Holiday Dollars can be used as either part or full
payment to purchase travel product only from the participating travel
wholesalers within our program.

Club Boomerang now offers the opportunity to purchase the desired reward item,
even if you don’t have the total number of points required.
The Cash Top Up
option can be chosen if you have 50% of the reward total. The remainder is
converted in Australian Dollars and charged to your credit card.
If your Membership has been cancelled, your Reward Points will be forfeited and as such you will not be able to request rewards.
